Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China, and different countries in Europe; So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different manufacturers specialise in different items.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 7-30 business days for all orders to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand, shipping location, and because of the crazy shipping problems the Covid-19 pandemic is causing.

Please expect delays. Some items arrive in a marvelously quick time, others going to the state next door take forever. The shipping companies are doing their best in this crazy time.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

Q. Is shipping really FREE?

A. Yes, shipping is free to the USA on most items. On some items and for international locations, we have Free Shipping over $50. 

Q. Where is you company located?

A. We have an office in the dry desert of Las Vegas, NV; Supply warehouses and individual manufacturers are worldwide.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 2-5 days.

A. You can be absolutely sure that all purchases here are safe and secure. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts. 

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece. Remember you are responsible for all customs payments and proceedures.
