We are proud to offer the services of premier shipping services including but not limited to; UPS, FedEx, DHL, ePacket, and USPS.
All orders have a processing time of one to four days, plus shipping time.
For promotional and sale priced items, and non-domestic inventory please allow 2-5 weeks. Some shipping times may be a lot quicker, IE: 5-10 days and will be listed in the item description, so look on the item page.
This is an estimated time. We strive to make delivery times as quick as possible.
Transit times are based on the destination postal code, and are calculated by our site based on the information you provide.
Please note that this is an estimated time frame and times might be longer during holidays or in extreme circumstances (like the fires in California delaying mail).

The safety and well being of our customers is of top priority to us, we wanted to provide ACCURATE information that regards your health safety.
Please rest assured that your items shipped from China will be safe for you to handle. Here are two videos by medical professionals which explain why.
If you are extra precautious we don't blame you. The first assesments coming out about how long the virus could last on surfaces was 5 days. If you want to be extra careful simply pick up the box using rubber gloves or hot pads and move it to a location where no one will touch it for 5 days (or however long you want) and make sure you throw away those gloves or wash those hot pads in hot water and dry them on the hot setting in your dryer to kill any germs.
The Coronavirus quarantines in China are causing delays from our China warehouse. Please be prepared for delays.
And if you are afraid that you might have been exposed, this alternative treatment might be useful for you -- even if you have the common cold which is a type of corona virus!
Below are days that the warehouse is not open which means orders will NOT be sent on the following days:
Christmas Day - Monday 12/25/2019

New Years Day - Monday 1/1/2020
We will provide you with the tracking information via email once the order has been shipped
Customers are responsible for tracking their parcel and alerting our staff to any delivery issues. Failure to do so in a timely manner could result in the parcel being returned to us and subject to a return or restock fee.
If there is an issue with the parcel delivery (lost in transit, marked as delivered but not recieved, etc.) please let us know, and you or we can open a claim with the shipper (Post/ USPS/ UPS when possible. We will follow the protocol and policies set by the shipping company and will not be able to process refund until the claim process is successfully completed.
